TERMS OF USE The reservation application (the “Application”) is operated by Elite Scene, LLC (“ Reserve Tonight App ”) and provides an application service for easy and convenient bottle service reservations (“Reservations”) between yourself (the “User”) and the various clubs and lounges (“Venues”). The Terms are designed to give the User the information needed to navigate and use the Application. The bottle service reserved on the application is processed through each individual Venue’s own deal offerings. Payments are only made upon arrival at venue. By reserving bottle service on this application, all users agree that they are entering into a binding agreement with Reserve Tonight App and the respective Venue, which requires their strict compliance with Reserve Tonight App’s official Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America applicable therein, and any dispute is to be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the judicial district of United States of America. If any provision of the present Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The Application is available only to entities and persons over the age of legal majority who can form legally binding agreement(s) under applicable law; in the United States of America, the User must be at least 21 years old to use and/or navigate the application. RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: The parties declare that they have required that these Terms and all documents related hereto, either present or future, be drawn up in the English language only. TERMS OF SALE GENERAL: Reserve Tonight App offers a service to the User, allowing him or her to make bottle service reservations based on the best deals offered at nightclubs and lounges in the area. Once a reservation has been submitted by the user through the Reserve Tonight Application, the User will receive a ticket voucher and will show this to Venue Manager at Bottle Service line upon arrival at venue. Once user has completed check-in process and reservation is confirmed, User will be charged for reservation fee based on credit card information provided during the time of reservation vip paypal. Reserve Tonight App is not responsible for the legality of the revenue generated by the Venues. Its sole role in the payment process is to serve as an agent for the Venues in order to facilitate their operations.
Reservation requests may only be made by those 21 years and older. By placing a reservation request for bottle service from a Venue through Reserve Tonight App, the User has accepted the terms and conditions stated herein. For more information about Reserve Tonight App collection of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy. Reserve Tonight App is not an owner or operator of goods sold, including, but not limited to, alcoholic beverages, liquor, nor is it a provider of these goods. Reserve Tonight App does not own, sell, or resell inventory of its collaborating merchants. Reserve Tonight App responsibilities are limited to facilitating the availability of the services provided by merchants. Reserve Tonight App services are meant solely for people that have the legal right to consume and/or purchase alcoholic beverages Reserve Tonight App Service is not responsible for the sale of any goods to underage users on its application platform. It is the Venue's responsibility to verify the legality and appropriateness of each client and transaction. PLEASE NOTE THAT, AS STATED ABOVE, RESERVE TONIGHT APP IS INTENDED TO BE USED TO FACILITATE THE BOOKING OF VENUES. RESERVE TONIGHT APP CANNOT AND DOES NOT CONTROL THE LEGALITY OR SUITABILITY OF ANY VENUES. RESERVE TONIGHT APP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO ANY AND ALL LISTINGS AND VENUES. ACCORDINGLY, ANY RESERVATIONS WILL BE MADE AT THE USER’S OWN RISK. CANCELLATION POLICY: User must cancel reservation prior to 8:00 PM the evening of booking. If user does not cancel reservation prior to 8:00 PM the evening of booking, they will be charged $25. If user does not show up to venue prior to 12:00 AM the evening of booking, they will be charged $25. If user checks in after 12:00 AM the evening of booking, the venue has the right to give user’s table to another party; however, the user will not be charged $25. All completed transactions for cancellations and no shows are final.
DISCLAIMERS: 1. All guests must adhere to dress code –casual, upscale proper club/lounge attire, enforced at management’s discretion.
2. venues / nightclubs does not admit guests into the building after 2:00 AM. Guests under 21 are not permitted at any time.
3. Partially-consumed bottles may not be held for future use and are not permitted outside of Agenda and are forfeited at close of business.
4. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items at venue location.
5. Taxes & fees are subject to change.
6. Table zone guaranteed, however, venue may have different terms for placement of table.
7. The subtotal appeared on application is subject to change upon arrival at venue.
